Marina Cape Bulgaria: Luxury and Serenity in the Heart of Nature

Located only 15 minutes from Bourgas International Airport, Marina Cape Vacation Complex is built on a cape, in the heart of the bay of Aheloy. Nestled in the protection of the cape, a small harbour and marina, welcome yachts and fishing boats. The four neighbourhoods of the Marina Cape community – the Marina, the Cove, the Tower, and the Lighthouse – ensure a unique identity for each of our 740 apartments and studios. Marina Cape is ideal for families with children looking to spend quality time in a quiet and peaceful environment.

APPARTMENT TYPES

We offer four different categories of apartments studios: VIP, Delux (A), Superior (B) and Standard (C)
VIP – Our VIP apartments are our best quality luxury apartments. They have the best location and are equipped with the highest quality or designer furniture in them. All of these apartments have amazing seaview and among them we offer penthouses for the most demanding customers. The VIP apartments have very large balconies and/or terraces from which one can enjoy the magnificent view. We only have less then 10 VIP apartments in the entire Marina Cape Complex.
Delux (A) – Our Delux class apartments are our second best option in terms of quality and location. They are spacious and are equipped with high quality furniture and all have fantastic seaview. These apartments also have balconies and/or terraces.
Superior (B) – Our Superior apartments may have limited or partial seaview and/or poolview and have contemporary furniture installed in them. They are convenient, and have all necessary appliances etc necessary for the perfect holiday. Apartments from this category have balconies only.
Standard (C) – Apartments in this category have poolview and/or mountain view and are fully furnished. Although they do not have seaview they are nice and cosy and are an excellent value for money.

Standard Equipment

All apartments and studios are equipped with remote control air conditioning units individual for each room. Apartments include stove and/or hotplates, extractor fan, refrigerator, TV with cable, Internet – vouchers can be purchased at reception. Upon request apartments equipped with washing machines are also available.

In terms of types of properties to rent we offer:

Studios (STUD) – can comfortably sleep 2 adults with a child

1-bedroom apartments (APP1) – can sleep comfortably a family with 2 children or up to 4 adults
2-bedroom apartments (APP2) – can sleep comfortably up to two families with children or up to 6 adults.

FUN AND ENTERTAINMENT

The Marina Cape complex is complemented by upscale commercial and quality entertainment properties. For the 2008 season Marina Cape has to offer:
• 3 Restaurants – Antica Bistro, Pizza Cape, Marina Grill
• 2 swimming pools with water bars
• A spa centre with specialist procedures and treatment
• Two squash courts
• A gym (fitness)
• A bowling hall
• Various shops for groceries, clothing and sportswear
When staying at Marina Cape one should take full advantage of the small harbour right in front of the Complex: you could rent a boat with a skipper for the whole day or take a short trip in the bay or go for fishing.

TERMS OF USE OF THE PROPERTIES RENTED

Please bear in mind that you will be renting somebody–s property so please treat it as your own. You will find a complete and detailed description of the furniture and equipment in the apartment. Upon your arrival please check if anything is missing, broken or damaged and report it immediately at the Reception (Internal telephone line number 2000). If you fail to make a report we will consider that you have accepted the detailed list provided in the apartment. After your departure the apartment you have used will be inspected by our staff. Marina Cape Management shall have the right to hold you responsible and to seek indemnification for any damages caused to the property you have used or to its furniture, equipment and fittings.
